shoes – zara
Thursday’s are a day were we tend to do nothing, me and G are off work and usually relax and watch films and we let Rose run wild. Right now we are watching Tenacious D which I am over the moon at as I’ve not seen it for years. Now I meant to sit down and write this yesterday but I spent about 4 hours editing photos. I have a lot more content for the blog than I realise and I know this month has been really lacking post wise, but now I know how much I actually have to write about I can bash these posts out every week without fail.
The sun has been shining on Dorset the last week, between rainfall might I add, and it’s been glorious. I am so ready for spring and you can see from my lavender jumper how ready I am. I don’t usually wear anything other than a vest under this jumper but a shirt seemed a logical choice. Layering has been a must even though the sun is here, the wind has been especially bitter and the mornings are pretty frosty too. I fished out my white brogues that I bought last spring, I love these shoes but they are definitely not winter or early spring appropriate so I think I will shelve these until late March. Nevertheless they make my outfit a bit brighter and it’s a nice change from my usual shoe of choice, trainers.
I’ve got a week off work coming up and I couldn’t be more ready, it’s been almost six months since I last had time off, I’ve got a few things I want to do. One of them being to get rid of some bits at a car boot so I have to persuade G to get up early on a Sunday morning. Also it’s my birthday next month on the 13th, I’m not terribly excited for it as I’m turning 27 and I’m sort of over being in my 20’s. Would you believe me if I said I’m ready to turn 30??
Have a wonderful end to the week everyone.
