Exquisite Espadrilles & Patchwork Jeans

espadrilles – zara (sold out)

I think I have fallen in love again, this time with a pair of pink espadrilles! I didn’t realise how comfy these shoes are, I definitely need more of them in my collection. These are also my fourth pair of Zara shoes in the last three months, I’m hooked! I managed to pick this particular pair up for Β£9.99 in the sale, they did have a blue pair too but I much prefer the pink.
The jeans, oh can we have a moment for these jeans, perfection in denim form! I have been wanting patchwork jeans for what feels like forever, I saw a pair in Zara last year but they where a skinnier fit, these are a cigarette leg but slightly on the baggy side. The patches look like they’ve just been glued on, usually I wouldn’t like sloppy looking clothing (ignore my 1 million pairs of ripped jeans) but somehow it works and they look pretty damn chic! I snapped these up in the sale for a mere Β£15.99 (they are now only Β£9.99 so grab them quickly if you like them).

Now I bought these in a 6 so they would fit a little more snug but the waist was massive, I spent my entire afternoon altering them which is frustrating. But I didn’t want to send them back and reorder a smaller size, Zara do not have a swapping size option to their returns, plus I am definitely not a size 4.

Oh and do you like my outside photos? I did these in the garden, I’m not brave enough to look a fool outside my garden gate just yet. It took me ages to sort my settings out (I am not as tech savvy as I hoped) and I used the self timer so I hope the quality is ok.

I love those jeans! I've recently become addicted to ripped jeans from zara so I might have to go and see if my local zara has any of these patchwork ones left in the sale!

Gorgeous outfit! Great effort with the photographs too! It can be a pain sending things back when they don’t fit just right. Personally I love the jeans on you, such a chic look and the whole combo works so well πŸ™‚ xx
