Do you ever feel like you spend endless amounts of time doing absolutely nothing. When I was sick I actually managed to be really organised but since recovering it feels like I’ve just been floating through life, does that make any sense? I could have got loads of stuff done this past week, instead I’ve spent my time binge watching making a murderer (which if you haven’t seen you need to), Brooklyn 99 and playing hours of candy crush! It’s taken me about three hours to sit here and type this.
Is it that January feeling I’m having?
I’ve managed to do important things like sorting birthday’s and even made a start on valentine’s day stuff. I’ve booked all my holidays for the year … wait maybe I’m not as disorganised as I think. We are off to the wonderful spa city of Hajdúszoboszló (in Hungary) for about 10 days in June and I can not wait. That reminds me I need to start working out again, I was making such good progress and then I stopped around Christmas. Honestly it’s just been excuse after excuse as to why I can’t find the time to do any. I need motivation and an intervention with regards to candy crush.
Now let’s talk about this shirt, another excellent H&M find, I love a stripe, I love a shirt and I love grey, this piece of clothing is perfection. It looks great tucked into skinny jeans, as I demonstrate very beautifully above (pretentious much?) and it looks equally lovely loose with some leggings or boyfriend jeans. It’s definitely filled a gap in my wardrobe.
I’m hoping February will spark inspiration blog wise and kick my bum into gear! How have you been feeling this month, refreshed or a little unmotivated like me?

January has absolutely flown by and I feel like I really haven't done anything productive! Netflix has had me so distracted. Making A Murderer is next on my list! I've heard so many good things about it!

I love the pinstripe shirt! I want one!

I love the pairing of jacket / casual slacks. Great shots! I feel you about January. It truly is a rough month with so many expectations of making brilliant plans for the year to come. I think that is why my Januarys always feel like expectation overload and it tends to slow me down not knowing what direction to start first. Keep blogging, great share!

I have a number of striped shirts, they are a staple for me. I love them because they don´t look boring and they are easy to mix and match with any bottom.

I know what you feel! It's like when I am online, I can't write because of too much distraction. When I am offline, I feel like doing the things I didn't do when I am online. Lol. Anyway, I love your outfit. It really suits you specially the bag. 🙂

I love your style. Funny, I was just off work sick for a week and now i am stircrazy, itching to get out of the house. You have a unique perspective.

Yes I have been feeling a little bit unsure where to write about some times. The year started just so short time ago and it's flying by. I feel like there's so much more to do this year. Looking forward to finish the year and look back haha!

Hi, I think how you felt was something all people go through. Once you get going, you keep on going – momentum. When something happens to stop it, such as you getting sick, it's hard to get started again.

What makes you write? What inspires you?

And anything else we need to do, what makes you do them?

It's up to us to find inspiration for ourselves, to get the juices flowing and get down to doing things.

I definitely love the top you are wearing! The shoe looks nice as well but I don't think I would be able to pull off a shoe with that color :p

I've been feeling a little slow, as I'm not exercising much, and it's just work, work, work, but I'm blessed for even have one. But after been with alergies all month, it's getting really tough. Hope the next of the month will be better. xx

I feel you. The struggle is real. I procrastinate far too often before i went back to my old job. When I was a work at home mom, my organizational skills really sucked. I also get distracted easily, especially when my baby starts crying. But that was last year. Good thing my baby's big enough now. =)
