Since losing my Christmas jumper virginity this week when I ordered two amazing ones from Boohoo I decided to see what the interwebs has to offer in the way of crazy to cool. And I have to say there is something for everyone.
Pudding Jumper £18 from Boohoo, isn’t this the most awesome Christmas jumper? And not because it’s the first one I’ve ever owned but it has three massive pom poms on the front. So as I already have it I can vouch for the fact it’s really cosy albeit a little distracting, not just to others but I find myself fondling/stroking the balls without realising.
Cracker Jumper £39 from Topshop is a little more fancy with it’s sequin adorned cracker on the front. I really love this and if it wasn’t such a high price I would grab it for definite. I think this would be great for a Christmas meal out or even if you aren’t the crazy festive jumper type.
Rudolph Flashing Lights Jumper £20 from Tesco Clothing. I’m not ready for an obnoxious flashing jumper yet but there is something so adorable about a reindeer with a Christmas pudding as it’s body.
Fairisle Striped Jumper £18 from Glamorous, it’s not often I look on their website but I have been intrigued by a few of their coats recently and thought why not see what they have to offer in the Christmas jumper department. I’ve always liked the fairisle style but most of them are either completely red or pink for women but when I clapped my eyes on this one I instantly wanted it. I love the reindeers around the neckline especially as they’re in an unusual colour for an xmas jumper.
Pom Pom Reindeer Jumper £18 from Boohoo, I had to feature a rather “ugly” Christmas jumper in this list because it wouldn’t be a want list without it. This is just festive throw up in one piece of clothing and probably not something I’d wear anywhere other than my house. But still snuggling on the sofa with a warm hot chocolate in some obnoxious Christmas attire is just pure bliss for me.
Last but not least and probably my favourite of all is this disgustingly overpriced Christmas Scene Jumper from Topshop which costs £39. Yeah that’s correct, there is not a sparkle nor a sequin adorned motif in sight. Which begs the question why is it so much money? But Topshop will be Topshop and I have to admit I would buy this because it is so simply wonderful. The tiny houses and the snowy trees and mountains, I love it!
Have any caught your eye? Do you prefer understated or in your face when it comes to Christmas jumpers? Or are they simply not your cup of tea?
