Teami Teatox | Week 3

Woo Hoo I have made it to the end of week number three, I have pretty much done the exact same as last week, link is at the end of this post if you’d like to read that first, but I have been much better at not forgetting to have my skinny tea in the morning.

Monday 16th May – After spending so much time in bed yesterday I woke up today really refreshed, I still managed to get up late but squeezed in my teami skinny before shooting out the door.
Tuesday 17th May – A late start to work today which meant I have a chilled morning, I drank my tea first thing, warm, and got ready for work. I came home around 3ish and enjoyed another cup of skinny tea, I am really enjoying the taste now. It’s 10pm and I am having a colon tea, I drink it so slowly to savour the taste.
Wednesday 18th May – It’s 7.30am and I am up, brewing a skinny tea, cramps are non existent. Ok scratch that it’s now 8am and I need the loo, slight cramping but bearable. I had my skinny tea with honey this morning. Nothing much to report for the rest of the day.
Thursday 19th May – Another day off, I had to get up really early as we had to take the car in for an oil change, I drank my tea with a little honey again today. I spent a bit of time in TK Maxx and got some bits for holiday. I had the colon tea early today as I start work tomorrow at 9.30am, I have been leaving the tea bag in for 30 seconds like last week.
Friday 20th May – I woke up around 7am with a few cramps but no rush to the loo. I drank my skinny tea again with honey and made my way to work. At around 4pm I had another tea with some honey. I still had some small cramps throughout the day but not as bad as last week.
Saturday 21st May – A very early start for me today, I was running so late and missed my tea this morning but once home I had it. I then made another one just before dinner time. I stayed up a little too late tonight and had the colon tea around 11pm, lucky I’m not working tomorrow as I did forget to take the tea bag out after 30 seconds, so I can imagine I will get a wake up call in the morning.
Sunday 22nd May – Yep,I was right, my stomach woke me around 8am and needed the loo so badly. I did have a few trips to the loo before I could make my skinny tea this morning. We didn’t have a particularly busy day, G spent the day asleep as he had a headache and I just napped all day and spent money on ASOS!!

Weekly Round Up
I am really seeing some difference in my body, I feel lighter, not thinner (but I kinda do) but I feel I glide a little more. Does anyone get what I mean? Leaving the colon tea in the water for 30 seconds rather than a few minutes has really helped with the cramping and sudden urge to use the toilet. However I think I just have a sensitive stomach which is why I still experience some side effects of the tea. Oh I forgot to mention last week that I didn’t suffer from my usual “time of the month” breakout.

Onto the last week, I am really excited to share my overall; experience with the Teami Blends products. I hope you have enjoyed my week 3 update, don’t forget to check out week 1 and <a href="http://www cialis 10” target=”_blank”>week 2. I have mentioned that I’ve done a little shopping above so I will be showing off some of my buys once it all arrives. It’s only 18 days until we go on holiday so I have been getting my summer wardrobe together plus a few bits I really wanted.

I definitely know what you mean. Recently, I stopped eating a lot of rice and i feel lighter (not thinner) but just so much better. I will give Teami Blends products a try I guess. Thanks for this!

What a fantastic result already , amazing what tea can do ! Of course all these natural supplies like teas or herbs take a while to get into your system , but look .. absolutely worth it ! Will try to find out more about your tea , sounds really interesting ! Success with the next 18 days and have a fantastic holiday !!!

What's 'skinny tea'? thats the first time I heard of that term, but looks interesting. I always have tea everyday, the British way–with milk and no sugar. 🙂

Looks like an interesting tea. What kind of skinny tea is this? Based on your story, it looks like it is doing well on you. All the best!

It really gives a rejuvenating feeling. I tried to skip rice and actually I become more energetic and not longing for food every hour. Great week you had! 🙂

I think the rounds in the toilet is natural when drinking teas. I too experience that. Nice to know you are monitoring this everyday. 🙂

Wow, so excited that you're still on it. This is all about keep going on. It will detox your body and that's why you don't have the usual breakout right? Good that you have less cramping. Would not be nice to have that all the time, just because you're detoxing. The side effects may be something temporary I though but since you're in week 3… I don't know. Curious how this is going to develop more. Xo Sabine

That means you are having better metabolism, perhaps due to some detoxification. Feeling lighter means your conscious effort on becoming healthier is working. Also, give the mind credit. How we think has a BIG effect on how we feel – mentally AND physically.

Good for you for going strong with the teatox. I find the idea of using a product that would make me go to the bathroom a little uncomfortable. I am a teacher, so I can't leave my students to go to the bathroom! I am curious to know if the tea does end up making one lose weight at all or if it just gives that lighter feeling. Good luck!

I'm thinking of having a detox myself though I didn't really think about doing it with tea. Lately I'd been eating a lot and it's already showing on my body so I guess I should consider taking a teatox myself.

Tea contains antioxidants. It also help our body to lose weight, protect our bones and reduce some risk of heart attack and stroke. Great post!
